Oat Flakes Packaging Boxes Built for Freshness
Rolled oats, quick oats, and oat flakes are light, dry, and absorbent. Humidity makes them stale, and a flimsy carton gets crushed on the shelf. A well-made carton solves both problems. We use food-safe paperboard from 14pt to 24pt, matched to your pack weight, and can add a water-based barrier coating to the inside of the carton.
For most brands, the best setup is a printed outer carton with a sealed inner bag, the same format the big cereal brands use. The carton protects the product and sells it; the bag keeps the oats fresh after opening. We can size the carton around the liner you already use, or recommend one.

Kraft has a natural, earthy look that suits organic, gluten-free, and farm-to-table brands. Kraft oat flakes boxes are available in brown or white kraft and are fully recyclable.
