Most shoe glue is bought on impulse or as a quick fix, so where it sits in the store matters.

Protection: Stains, Leaks and Crushed Tubes
Adhesives are unforgiving. A small leak can stain a carton, and a crushed tube can arrive unusable. We build protection into your custom shoe adhesive packaging in three ways:
- Coatings. Gloss or matte lamination, or an aqueous coating, helps the box resist marks from solvent-based glue and handling.
- Inserts. Die-cut paperboard inserts hold tubes and bottles in place, so they can't roll, bend, or press against each other.
- Board strength. We recommend 14pt–18pt board for single tubes, 18pt–24pt for bottles and kits, and E-flute corrugated for cans and bulk packs.
The box protects the container, but the container's own seal is what stops leaks. For best results, pair our packaging with sealed tubes or bottles with tight-fitting caps.
Leave Room for Warnings and Instructions
Many shoe adhesives are solvent-based and flammable, and they often need warning text, first-aid information, and "keep out of reach of children" statements on the packaging. Instructions, cure times, and the list of compatible materials also take up space.
Our designers plan every panel of the dieline so your required text is clear and readable, and your logo and product name still stand out on the front. Labeling rules depend on your formula, where you sell, and whether the product is for consumers or professional use. Please confirm the required wording with your adhesive supplier or a compliance specialist before you approve the proof. If you ship flammable adhesives, the outer shipping carton may also need hazmat markings, which are separate from the retail box.
Printing and Finishes
We print in full CMYK color and Pantone (PMS) spot colors, on the outside, the inside, or both. Popular choices for shoe glue boxes include:

Pricing and Minimums
The price of custom shoe adhesive packaging depends on the box size, quantity, material, number of print colors, finishes, and inserts. The minimum order is 50 boxes per design, and the unit price drops as your quantity rises. There are no die or plate charges, and design support is free.
How Ordering Works
- Request a quote. Share your container size, the number of items in the box, the box style you want, and your quantity.
- Approve your proof. We send a flat dieline and a 3D mockup. A physical sample is available on request.
- Production. Standard production takes 8–12 business days after approval, and rush production takes 4–6 business days.
- Delivery. Your boxes ship flat, ready to assemble and pack.
